How do I get a certificate?

When you finish a course, you can make a free Certificate of Completion with your name, the course and the date you finished.

On STEMpump.org

  1. Complete every lesson in the course. Pressing Next at the end of a lesson completes it.
  2. On the course page, press View your certificate, or press Get certificate at the end of the last lesson.
  3. Type your name onto the certificate.
  4. Press Download PDF, then choose Save as PDF in the print window that opens. Certificates print on one landscape page.
Your name stays in your browser. It isn't sent to us or saved anywhere else.

In the STEMpump App

Once you've opened every lesson in a course, its page shows Share Your Certificate. Enter your name and the app creates the PDF and opens the share sheet, so you can save it to Files, print it or send it. The app remembers your name on that device, and you can erase it in Settings.

Good to know

  • Progress on the website and in the app is separate, so finish the course where you want the certificate. See Where is my progress saved?
  • Courses marked "Coming soon" don't have certificates yet.
