Reporting a problem or a mistake

Found a typo, a wrong quiz answer, a broken link or a page on STEMpump.org that won't load? We want to know.

From a lesson

Open the lesson's Options menu and choose Report an issue. It takes you to the ways to reach us.

By email

Email support@stempump.com. It helps to include:

  1. The link to the page (in a lesson, Options › Copy link)
  2. What's wrong, or what you expected to happen instead
  3. Your browser and device, if a page isn't working
