v3.2
- STEMpump.org
- STEMpump Camps
This update brings significant design and functionality updates to STEMpump.org.
STEMpump.org
If you haven't noticed, STEMpump now uses an all-new font for any major piece of textual content. This is for our new STEMpump App update, which contains the same font - yay! Design parity!
With this, we also have an all-new landing page, featuring new graphics and an awesome horizontal scroll of our favorite camps and courses. (you might even see some cool app stuff)
Work @ STEMpump is now Join STEMpump, a radical update from our old hiring system. It's simpler, easier, and just looks better. Want to work at STEMpump? Check it out.
We've also fixed a bug where you cannot use STEMpump Support in Support Articles. The Releases page has been redesigned to be easier and simpler to use.
STEMpump Camps
STEMpump Camps also got a new landing page that's more helpful, wayyy more stylish, and simpler. It helps you register and view past camps easier.
Also, for the whole site, camps now show their time in YOUR timezone. No more trying to figure out what your time in EST is - it's all done automatically.
Registering for camps also looks more colorful, with ambient gradients. A few smaller changes were made here as well.
STEMpump App
And coming very soon is the all-new STEMpump App! Expect all the greatest features from the site, and more! You can learn more about it and how it was made here! The Making of The all-new STEMpump App (opens in a new tab)
Other Updates
This update brings major design updates to a few of our older pages. Expect more minor updates to address STEMpump Support, Blog, other Camp pages, and the About pages.
We're also now uploading video content for select courses, with more content on the way!
If it wasn't mentioned, quizzes now have code block components that are also rendered with code highlighting. (The same for the app)
Performance updates have also been made, making everything faster and smoother. We're working on making everything more performant and optimized over time.
